The All Saints mission in Haiti is to Serve Others by supporting education. The priest and administrator of our sister parish, Father Jean Eddy Louis, has asked for our help in raising funds to build a new school in the village of ChaCha. It is designed to support 300 students, Kindergarten to sixth grade, by holding separate morning and afternoon classes in six classrooms. This will be one of the largest in the parish and also will serve students in two nearby villages, Grand Chemin and Bois Dunes.
Father Eddy’s estimate for new school and furnishings was approximately $200,000.
In support of the local economy, local skilled labor will build the cement block and tin roofed school but building materials must be trucked in from the Port Au Prince area.
Please give what you can to help fulfill Father Eddy’s dream of making this new school a reality where we can make a real difference in the lives of children to give them a brighter future.
Over the last 20 years of our trips to Haiti and your generous contributions, we have impacted 16,000 children. This is an incredibly important achievement that not only impacts the children, but the Haitian nation as well.
Thank You, The Cha Cha School capital campaign committee of All Saints.
